2B’s Managing partners have over 30 years of collective experience in the fields of architectural and interior design across a number of sectors. Our purpose-fit design solutions pay equal attention to both form and function to create innovative environments.

To aid our clients in their decision-making processes our team of talented 3D modelers are able to create complete walkthroughs, down to the smallest level of detail, as our customers and their projects necessitate.

PEOPLE

Managing Partners

John enjoys 14 years of design and operational experience in the fields of architecture, interior design, and project management. His extensive career has seen him manage a number of notable construction projects.

After graduating from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Helwan University on 2003, John started his career as a project manager for the construction works of Soliman Travel in Taba (total area of 90k m2). He was later assigned as project manager at the Sayadeen Village site in Nowebea (total area of 50k m2).

John also has first-hand experience in the interior designs of schools including the Franciscan schools and Collège de la Mère de Dieu. He has also managed a variety of other construction projects across the entertainment, retail and medical sectors.

In 2007, John established 2B Constructions, which specializes in architectural and interior designs and construction project management. Since its inception, 2B has managed over than 100 projects across different industries.

John Edward

Hussein is an architectural expert with over 14 years of combined experience between construction site management and real-estate development.


After graduating from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Helwan University in 2003, Hussein joined Dar Elhandasa where he was responsible for the site engineers and technical office works of various projects in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE. 


Hussein participated on the expansion projects of the Holy Mosque in Makkah, Princes Noura University (Riyadh), Nakhla Project (Dubai) and The Pearl Project (Doha). He later joined Detac in 2013 where he was part of the site engineering team at a Damac project. 

Hussein joined 2B in 2014 as Managing Partner responsible for site engineering and real-estate development works.
